General
Information:
- Swimmers or their
parents need to sign the NO-SHOW book by the cutoff date if they cannot
attend one of these meets. Otherwise they will be entered
and billed for the Meet Fees.
- If you miss the
cut-off date and cannot swim please e-mail the Member-At-Large.
- Swimmers may be
scratched up to 24 hours before the meet, however Meet Fees cannot be
returned.
- If a swimmer needs to go inactive for a month
or longer, they or their parents must sign them out in
the INACTIVE book on deck before the first of the month.
Failure to sign out will result in you being charged for the full month
of swim fee. E-mails are not acceptable.
- If a swimmer is leaving the team, they are
required to give two (2) weeks notice to allow time to generate their
final bill. They also must
sign out in the LEAVING THE TEAM book on deck. E-mails are
not acceptable.
